I don't know about you but I have two children. One of each a boy and a girl.
Last year my scrapping buddy used to tease me that I would scrap my son more than my daughter. He IS the baby and sometimes you scrap your most current photos right? Then I used to feel bad and try to find pictures of her to scrap and give the ones of him a rest.
But then I realized what the problem was I could no longer just take candid photos of this girl she always had to get all VOGUE on me. I know she's a girl and just doing whats naturally in us. I just asked for a picture or two without a pose or your lips mushed up.
So this year I will count up the layouts I did of the two of them and see who came out on top. Who do you think it will be? I can say myself that I think she will win because I have done a lot of layouts of her lately.
Like on this particular day we were getting prepared for the first day of school. She loves when I wash and blow dry her tresses. So when I saw her making these faces after I bumped her ends a little I was OK with the posing and everthing and just had to get my camera. I really think this is one of the times she looks a little like me and not so much like her dads twin anymore.
I lifted this from Jana Eubanks and used some papers given I have long waited to use for just the right thing. They were given to my by my girl Myia a long ago.
