Extreme cheapskates

I made this for my niece out of some things most people would have thrown away.  I hope she likes it.

I own some Tim Holtz numbers that feel like leather.   I have been holding on tight them so I am trying to find funky,new,creative ways to use it. I paired it with a piece paper I embossed with a Tim Holtz folder but came out a boo boo.  A demo pinwheel flower I showed my neighbor how to make and she didn't take home with her.   All put together to make this beauty
